    In DGP she is engaged in the preparation of bilingual commercial contract projects and corporate documents as well as in support of the current legal services for commercial companies. She is also responsible for drafting of submissions and legal opinions.

    Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

    He gained his experience in leading companies dealing with tax consulting. He carried out numerous tax audits of international corporations and companies with the Treasury shareholding (including chemical and oil industries). He participated in due diligence investigations before mergers of companies in the sectors of rolling stock manufacturing and trade in electronics and household appliances. He completed foreign trainings concerning VAT taxation on international transactions. He is also an experienced attorney in administrative judicial proceedings, a trainer and author of numerous publications concerning tax law.

    In DGP he is engaged in tax consultancy, especially in the field of goods and services tax.

    A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszów.

    He is interested in sports, especially tennis and football. In the summer he also tries his hand at sailing.

    She gained her experience in a company belonging to a national group providing services, among others, in the field of auditing, accounting, tax and stock exchange consultancy. She conducted and participated in numerous tax reviews in the field of corporate income tax, surveys designed to identify areas of significant tax risks, optimization of processes related to operations in special economic zone, as well as in tax due diligence inspections. She drew up a number of writings, including applications to the Minister of Finance regarding issuing individual interpretations of tax law, a complaint to the Regional Administrative Court and cassation appeals to the Supreme Administrative Court. She is the author and co-author of publications concerning tax law published in daily newspapers as well as trade press.

    In DGP she addresses issues related to income taxes, double taxation avoidance agreements and tax aspects of business in special economic zones.

    A graduate of Banking and Finance at Poznan School of Banking as well as Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Katowice. She also completed postgraduate studies in Taxation at the Poznan School of Banking.

    In her free time she likes being active, e.g. biking, swimming, gym training. In the evenings, she enjoys a good book or a movie. Moreover, in order to relax, she plays with puzzles.

    A graduate of Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She also completed postgraduate studies in Taxes and Tax Advisory at the University of Economics in Krakow.

    Since 2005 she is engaged in theoretical and practical aspects of transfer pricing with regard to polish regulations, OECD and the European Union. She gained her experience by managing the work of transfer pricing team and then by managing departments of transfer pricing in large companies providing tax advisory services. She obtained practical knowledge by participating and directing tax audits (in particular transfer pricing), developing tax documentation for domestic and foreign controlled transactions, providing comparability analyses, as well as co-creating and developing a policy of transfer pricing for entities operating in many industries. She is also a trainer, author and co-author of publications regarding tax issues.

    In DGP she is responsible for developing tax documentation on transfer pricing, providing transfer pricing consulting services and developing transfer pricing policy. She is also engaged in individual projects related to issues of transfer pricing.

    In free time she enjoys reading books on all manner of topics and practicing sports - especially CrossFit. She is interested in a healthy lifestyle, including dietetics.

    He managed legal department of a industrial holding company for many years. He has extensive practical experience in handling capital market projects (public offerings in the "big" stock exchange and NewConnect markets), in-depth knowledge of legal issues related to growing companies and the restructuring of capital groups. Since 2010 he has been the chief advisor and legal expert of think tank Fundacja Instytut Edukacji Ekonomicznej im. Ludwiga von Misesa. He usually works in the international environment, realizing projects and negotiating with foreign partners and contractors on behalf of clients.

    As a business associate in DGP he deals particularly with problems of commercial companies, investment projects, capital market, advising and negotiating trade agreements.

    A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He graduated from The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America (Washington, D.C.) and International and European Studies Programme at the University of Antwerp (Belgium). In 2011 he completed legal advisor apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.

    He is interested in music, Mediterranean culture and psychology in business.

We qualify income and expenses for both taxable activities and activities exempted from taxation. We determine the allocation methodologies of common costs for both. We offer discounting of granted state aid and the investment expenditures borne by the zone entrepreneur. We establish available pools of public aid and monitor the level of its use. We arbitrate ongoing concerns related to tax settlements.

 

We offer representation before tax authorities, treasury control authorities and administrative courts in disputes concerning use of tax exemption.

 

Principles of financial settlements

We use different remuneration models adapted to the specifics of the case and the nature of the relationship with the client and his preferences. We put emphasis on transparency of the arrangements concerning financial matters and provide full information on the costs borne by the customer in connection with the performance of contract. We try to make sure that the high value of our services falls within the ambit of the reasonable costs borne by the customer.

 

Subscription
  • Fixed monthly amount covering, limited number of hours of provided consulting services as agreed by the parties (possible to account the consulting hours over a longer period of time, e.g. on a quarterly basis).
  • Benefits: possibility for the customer to plan their budget and negotiate attractive terms as part of subscription on the grounds of ongoing cooperation with DGP, providing continuous comprehensive legal services with the participation of a dedicated supervisor from our side.

Compensation
on an hourly rate
  • Remuneration based on an hourly rate, which is subject to individual negotiations.
  • Benefits: preferred model of settlements in the interim cooperation or in case of inability to accurately estimate the extent of necessary legal assistance. LAck of a binding contract enables calculation of working time on the basis of a statement sent to the customer.
  • The customer can control their incurred costs by indicating the maximum budget for the project or the limit requiring an additional authorization from a customer. The above settlement model is beneficial for the client if the total working time is difficult to estimate.

Lump sum remuneration
  • Determined in advance, the overall amount for the handling of the case or legal consultancy in a project implemented by a customer.
  • Benefits: the costs of consulting services known in advance, regardless of the time spent by us on the performance of order (a risk of estimating the time of the order falls to DGP). Remuneration may be paid in several installments, including partially as an advance on legal services.

Success fee
  • The remuneration usually in the form of commission for achieving the agreed goal (outcome) and the measurable effects of the work of DGP team.
  • Benefits: remuneration allows for taking over part of the risk from the customer by DGP and creating additional incentives. It can be used in court proceedings, disputes with public administration authorities and also be referred to the success of negotiations concluding with a beneficial arrangement, purchase of certain assets, a company restructuring or to other circumstances as agreed with the client.
